reading sunshine

yay! the sun is here to stay (i think).

it is currently blinding me but i dont care because it's SUNSHINE.

tomorrow the weather is supposed to get into the 70's, in honor of this happiness i've declared tomorrow to be 70's music day. maybe i should always time my music periods by the weather... i'd be much happier in the wintertime. but what would i do if it fell below zero?


i started sarah addison's the peach keeper last night and finished it this morning- i probably need to slow down on the book-age. it doesn't make for a good night's sleep because i want to know what's happening in the book! i don't want to sleep! and i need to remind myself to get all the sleep i can while the getting is good and baby-less.

not that i can't absolutely wait to be baby-full.
which is apparent to anyone who reads my blog.
i'm sorry if you all are terribly sick of my babyisms.
BUT IT'S MAGIC to me.


brandon is getting more and more excited each day for grace- which makes me really happy. he puts his head on my belly and talks to her and she kicks and kicks and kicks.

if she kicked any harder his head would be bouncing up and down on my stomach.

and when he sings to her, we both kick.
