THANK YOU

I just wanted to say that today was a hard day, but I am so grateful to all the marine wives for their support and kindness and gentle love. Also I was astounded by the grace and kind faith of the members of the Aragon family at the funeral of their 19 year old son LCPL Carlos Aragon. I hope they know that if they need anything at all, we will be there- and I know I speak for the marine wives when I say that. So many of them are so brave and such better women than I could ever hope to be, my life is full because of their presence and I am impossibly grateful.

My mother in law Elaine Cochran, and my sister in law and brother in law Alison and Nathan were extremely and incredibly kind and wonderful today. I can't believe they would take the time out of their busy lives to come pay respects to someone they never met, but LOVED because they love our family- and they support Brandon. Truly that means so much to me, and I felt like even though the circumstances allowed me to feel like I was in hell, that a little piece of what heaven would be like was granted to me.
