Humidifier helps for the nose, I would also try some homeopathics if you think it's causing her discomfort for sleeping, eating, and being perfectly adorable, Good Earth and Dr. Christophers have good quality products. Burts Bees diaper ointment is one we like, or some desitin with a later of vaseline/petrolium jelly on top should do it. Try co sleeping, even if its just on a thick blanket on the floor.
Yay pirate smile! When I was a toddler, my parents taught me to squint one eye and say "aye aye matey!" Except I was a toddler, so I would just close one eye and say "Hi matey!"
Does swaddling help her sleep? Kind of "tricking" her into thinking she's being held?
