who loves the sun

This morning I woke up and opened my front door to snow all about my porch.

I was so delighted that I laughed and sang all the way to training for work today.

and then the cramps began.

So I went home and crawled into bed after nearly five hours of watching a bath and body works sales video,

intent on sleep and gunning for dreams of brandon
and then my phone rang

and it was brandon!

He sounded sort of sheepish for calling and telling me on sunday for two minutes that he wouldn't talk to me for two months
his recon assignment was just to go thirty miles south of his original camp and stay there.
So today they brought out a satellite phone to the men and said you get a half an hour each.

It was heavenly.

I am going to watch up for the third time
and read some dickens.
