THESE are ROLO cookies.
Every time I eat a rolo i think to myself, this would be better all meltery and goo ery and yumm.
well folks,
my wish come true
and I'm sharing it with you.
TO MAKE ME:
A box of chocolate cake mix
(use betty crocker triple choco fudge for best results but really any choc cake mix will do just fine)
2 EGGS (oeuffs)
1/3 Cup of vegie oil
one bag of rolos.
DON'T follow the instructiones on the cake box
ignore it
just mix all these things together (minus the rolies)
and then take the dough and wrap it around a rolo, shape it into a delicious confectionary concoction shape (round)
put it on a pan
bake it at 350 F for 8 minutes.
whalah.

These are the best. My sister found the recipe a while ago and we now LOVE to make them. Rolos are much better meltery. :)
