martha THAT

yesterday I made pepper jack-basil grilled chicken with rosemary (FRESH FROM MY HERB GARDEN) Gouda couscous-stuffed bell peppers and Caesar salad. TAKE THAT MARTHA! I mean, TAKE THAT MARTHA'S BILLIONS OF INTERNS AND ASSISTANTS WHO GET PAID NOTHING TO BE CREATIVE GENIUSES!

A good way to keep the peppers standing straight up is to cut off the top, punch the stem out and flip it over so the top of the pepper makes a stand for the pepper itself. the bottom of the pepper fits right into where the stem was. It looks beautiful too.

I AM SERIOUSLY proud of that concept since I invented it (I think) on the spur of the moment. Usually concepts like that fail for me.



Martha Stewart has a community of houses that she has designed. I want to live there.
