loads of things aren't what they are cracked up to be,
but they are still wonderful.
i can't even begin to explain how excited i am about this semester, there is something fresh about it more than the new clothes and pens and pencils and notebooks.
re-applying and paying for my own education is changing the way i view knowledge and the way i see myself.
i am dying to paint ER onto the rexburg exit sign.
it's already getting really cold, yesterday it was 85 degrees at one in the afternoon and today it was 52 degrees with bbbbbrrr rain. bbrrain
brain.
we woke up this morning at 545 am and went to the gym (is that what it's for?)
i was surprised to see it pretty full (like my thighs)
dash did alright by himself but brandon was gone all day and for the four hours i was gone he did a number on our kitchen rug.
with his teeth.
and
the dustpan.
brandon got a brand new electric razor because his razorblades give him really bad rash (i cant believe he didnt have one sooner in life, i asked him what he's been doing all these years and he just said stickin it out) (poor face) so we got him a really nice one and then this morning he left it in the men's lockerroom. luckily, we attend BYUIdaho, where mostly stuff that's not yours doesnt go missing.
(dear lord please forgive me for stealing a bike once out of someone's front yard i promise i'll never do it again)
(dear lord, tell the person who stole me 200 dollar straightener out of the church bathroom during seminary that i hope they burn in hell) (just kidding)
brandon's job is going gangbuster (what does that even mean really?) he's had three interviews for his articles and has two due at the end of this week (already?) i worked on a landscape architecture assignment in the freezing almost snowy rain
taking photos
and then i made an enchilada casserole in my head and it came out in a pan and we ate it
and then dash peed on the carpet.
WHAT the.
poor guy, leaving him alone i think makes him anxious.
we need to get a treadmill.
i think it's safe to say that all the baby trout and other illegal fish that are living in our back bedroom are on their last leg since it's cold outside and also everytime a fish dies the crawdads almost eat each other to eat the fish.
it smells like. holy awful back there.
im re reading the hungergames and im onto catching fire right now so that i can read the new one mockingjay i am sosososososo excited.
i hear good things about it.
oh i love school
you run into people you wish you never met and people you wish you had.
also the financial aid office was... unbelievable today.
sometimes, okay every time im in there i feel sorry for the two people manning the front desk because the counselors do nothing.
other than the cold, and my general lack of appetite for social interaction today was a really good day.
wish me luck, tomorrow is general botany.
(i hope we are studying robots)
(just kidding)
