Along with the workout routine, you are not allowed to eat the following things;

-hot dogs
-saturated or trans fats
-pizza
-no soft cheeses or unpasteurized cheeses
-avoid refined sugar, pasta, white rice and white bread
-hydrogenated oils. no.
-palm and coconut oils no no no no.
-fried processed foods
-soda

things you can have;

-fat free or skim milk
-walnuts
-apples
-dark greens
-oranges
-cereal
-any fruits
-100 % whole grain wheaaaat anything
-artichoke pasta/ wheat pasta
-brown rice
-foods that dont come with labels
-whole grain chia
-omega 3s and 6s
-flaxseeds
-wheat germz
