ate in the morning

okay. a million plus one and a half things to write about and i can't go wrong but righting makes me sleepy.

at eight in the morning.

brandon went back to work today. it was bittersweet to watch him fold up his sleeves perfectly and bind his pant bottoms into the tops of his boots.

and kiss with morning breath as a last reminder of the beauty that awaits him at home.

it's been an incredible three days of movies and bike rides and snow cones and eating out like we are kings and buying things we would never buy if we didn't have the money (kthnx us government)

above all the house is a disaster and there is stuff for me to do during the day to entertain myself

but it's so quiet without him again.

i think i even miss the ipod touch constantly blaring country music from his pocket.

the thing is NOT allowed in the bedroom.

i'll be content to wait until five oh clock ish (rather than another 8 months ish) for the rest of my life.

(at least the rest of three years ish)

so many ishes, but the one thing i am definitely not ish about is happy.

when will i learn how to spell definately?
correctly?

oh american public schooling, you've failed me somehow. or I've failed you.
I'm rather unsure which.

i think the best purchase this week was either the baskets we got for our bikes so we can go buy groceries OR

the red and blue dodgeballs we bought and named (mine is called WINSTUN for obvious reasons) and have decided to hold a continuous dodgeball game through our marriage. after a few money shots that really hurt and trying to play on our bikes at the park i limited the game to our backyard where it resumed after dinner with fervor.

happy.

now this house feels like a home.
hoMEyou.

Beware: Brandon comes from a long line of dodge ball champions who will never tire of the attack and relish the wait.
