Hi! I just wanted to tell you about University Courtyard. We lived there for eight months and if you are going to live there....there are a few things you should know.
Rent: reasonable.
Appliances: new.
Location: the best. the only thing closer to campus is the dorms. for single ladies. which you are not!
Carpet: clean.
Parking: limited.
Ward: lame. hate to say it.
Space: verrrry little.
Bathroom: nice. but verrry little.
Walls: paper thin.
Neighbors: newlyweds and verrry loud.
Not a good combination if you know what I mean. But if you have some good earplugs its not a bad place to live.
