when is day

grace is taking the longest nap and deserves an award but i didn't realize how bored i would be without her.

so i'm snuggling up in a sweater of b's and some leggings and calling today what it is.
wedenesedsaydyadyay (when will i learn how to spell that?)

b's leaving for drill tomorrow until monday, then i'm REALLY going to be bored when grace naps.
food lovers all over: do you ever go look at smitten kitchen? i could spend days on that blog and probably get so hungry that i'd eat my computer before i'd pry myself away from the yummy pictures.

grace got a new toy (thanks grandma elaine!) she's a little overwhelmed by it (the thing is like mouse trap on crack) but i know she'll grow to love it (not crack, the toy)

i wish you could see her little ballerina feet! they are all cute and pointed.

is it christmas yet?
in our family we have what i call the crap tree (only because we have the family tree and the fake beautiful gorgeous tree in the entryway so i call the real one the crap tree) (i openly abhor the gorgeous fake tree, and really love the real crap tree) and every year my mom gets us each an ornament that is symbolic of our year in some way. since grace has been born now b and me can start our very own crap tree!

i got her a peanut ornament for when she was in my tummy last christmas, and (mom fail) i got a baby's first christmas 2010 ornament. so... i'm going to have to block out the ten and write eleven over it or something... brandon's ornament is a secret and he gets to get me mine so i don't know what mine will be. probably a treadmill. blehhhh! hey! perfect timing guess who is awake?!

Henry naps from 1-4 everyday so I bring out the old nailpolish box and update, or read, paint, write, or nap myself. Ha ha I had to learn how to spell Wednesday too when I worked at a bakery where abbreviating was a sin, and the Winnie the pooh video helped me remember how to spell it, you know where he wishes everyone a happy Winnnddsssday, makes me think how its wed-nes-day. Okay its lame that's my mom fail for the day. p.s. we're coming to visit you
